The 5 stars are for Dr. Obasi herself. She’s amazing. Super sweet, caring, and thorough. She has excellent bedside manner and radiates positive energy. I really liked her, and I have liked very few doctors in Laredo (can’t even find a family physician I approve of!). The only issue, which the doctor might not even be aware of, is the long wait. About 2 hours! The office was packed. People were sitting on the floor and even waiting in their cars! Better scheduling or an online/text when it’s your turn type system might help. That’s pretty easy to manage and would make a huge difference. Overall, I’d return because Dr. Obasi is great. I just need to be better prepared for the wait.

Results are amazing, Dr is super nice, very attentive and answers your questions and concerns. The only con i have would be wait time, you do spend about 2 hrs, 1 of the hrs is just in the waiting area example appt might be at 9am but you won’t get called in until 10am.

It was a pleasure meeting Dr. Adaobi. The only concern was the waiting time. I filled out the paperwork promptly, including online information. I was scheduled at 1:30 and was seen until approximately 3:00 pm. Overall the visit with the doctor was great!

The staff is friendly providing excellent customer service. The receptionist recalled my name which is a big part of customer service and doesn’t make you feel like another number but as a person. Secondly, Dr Obasi, has excellent bedside manners. Spends that extra time getting to know you which feels comforting and a feeling that she cares aside from her specialty . She is knowledgeable and explains your diagnosis and treatment and prevention.

The doctor is super sweet, but when I pay up front & after the visit is over I should be given a super bill with OV code & ICD -9 code so I can file to my insurance, which I have BCBS (PPO)There office has no concept of what that is or not the least bit helpful to comply. Every Dr. we go to gives us that even my dermatologist in SA. The office needs to be more organized . We pay right away & need that for it to go towards our deductible & get reimbursed, or they should file for us, they don’t do that either. So I need to go back to my SA doctor.

I highly recommend Dr Obasi. Her Staff is friendly and helped me get an appointment as soon as possible but patient, staff and Doctor Need to communicate to get things done right. That was proven . Dr Obasi is knowledgeable in her profession. She explains and recommends. Above all she cares. I highly recommend her and I hope she doesn’t leave Laredo. We need a great Dermetologist in our city .

Firstly, Dr Obasi and her staff are some of the nicest medical staff I have met in Laredo. Highly recommend. However, for my skin tags removal surgery, it was about a 2 hour wait for a (seemingly) 5 minute procedure. There were also times where there were more people in the waiting room than chairs. Other than that, I highly recommend Dr Obasi and would continue to go.
